Return & Refund Policy

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.

To start a return, contact us at alebb7shopi@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. In most cases, once your return is approved, you will not need to send the item back to us, we'll process your refund directly.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. A photo or short video of the issue helps us resolve it faster.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds
We will notify you once your return request has been reviewed and let you know if it was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or card company to post the refund.
